Hello. This is the secretariat of the Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF).
We are publicly inviting vendors to handle the production and installation of banners and street-light banners for the 2026 Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF 2026). We welcome all interested and qualified companies.

Scope
- Banners: 10–15 est. (main, wayfinding, sponsor, themed)
- Street-light banners: 260 (across Jeju City)
- Placement: inside/outside ICC JEJU, key streets and attractions in Jeju
- Banner install Oct 7–8 / street-light banners over ~3 weeks in Sep–Oct / removal after Oct 11
Specifications
- Banners: tarpaulin or better, 300–600cm × 150–300cm, color digital print, outdoor-grade waterproofing
- Street-light banners: synthetic fabric or tarpaulin, 90cm × 60cm standard, rings on both ends
- Produced from JIAF-provided designs; detailed specs and colors agreed with the vendor
Eligibility
- Registered Korean banner/signage vendor with a business license and 2+ years of operation
- No overdue taxes within the last 3 months; not under any disqualification sanction
- 1+ large-event banner project (100+ bulk production preferred)
- Large-format printing equipment, installation gear and technicians, bulk delivery/installation staff

All amounts in the price proposal include VAT; exact quantities and sizes are decided after consultation.

- Portfolio & past experience: 40 pts
- Production & installation capability: 30 pts
- Price competitiveness: 30 pts
