Hello. This is the secretariat of the Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF).
We are publicly inviting fine-art shipping vendors to handle artwork transport for the 2026 Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF 2026). We welcome specialist companies able to ensure the safe round-trip transport of gallery works nationwide.

Scope
- Galleries: 60+ nationwide (incl. Jeju), 30–50 works per gallery
- Objects: paintings, sculptures, installation works, etc.
- Mode: round trip (gallery → Jeju → gallery)
- Inbound to Jeju from mid-Sep; return shipping from Oct 12, expected to finish by end of Nov
Eligibility
- Registered Korean fine-art shipping vendor with a business license and 2+ years of operation
- No overdue taxes or unpaid balances within 3 months; not under any disqualification sanction
- Fine-art transport experience within 5 years; 3+ single projects of ₩200M or more
- 2+ dedicated art transport vehicles, full packing materials/equipment, liability insurance of ₩5B+
Documents
- Required: business registration copy, transport track-record certificate, price proposal, company profile (1 each)
- Optional (bonus): ISO certificate, cultural-heritage transport records
All amounts in the price proposal include VAT; to prevent lowball bids, proposals must be 80% or more of the reference price.
Evaluation (Tech 60 + Price 40)
- Transport plan & management: 30 pts
- Safety management & response: 30 pts
- Fine-art transport experience: 40 pts
