Public Tender: Exhibition Booth Operation

Hello. This is the secretariat of the Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF).

We are inviting operators, by public tender, to run the exhibition booths and on-site services for the 2026 Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF 2026). The operator will be selected through a comprehensive evaluation of operational stability, exhibition quality, and safety management.

Overview

Project: JIAF 2026 exhibition booth operation and on-site services
Scale: 60+ booths, 3,000+ works, 15,000+ visitors expected
Venue: Jeju International Convention Center (ICC JEJU) Hall 2
Schedule: Preview Oct 8 (Thu) 15:00–19:00 / Public run Oct 9 (Fri) – 11 (Sun)

Booth Specs & Schedule

Booth: woodwork, ≥1m wide × 3m high, with LED lighting, flooring, and basic power (1 outlet)
Install: 1st Oct 7 (Tue) 11:00–19:00 / 2nd Oct 8 (Wed) 11:00–15:00
Removal: complete within Oct 11 (Sun) 17:00–23:00

Scope (Operator Role)

Operation: ongoing booth care, 3+ daily cleanups and safety checks, theft prevention and security
Install/removal support: assist with fair-provided booths, inspection, site cleanup, and safety
Coordination: close cooperation with organizers, keeping aisles clear, immediate response to emergencies

Eligibility

3+ years of proven exhibition-operation experience; no unpaid balances within 3 months of the deadline
No record of sanctions for defective work or contract violations
Not subject to disqualification under Article 27 of the State Contracts Act and Article 76 of its Enforcement Decree
Required: business registration copy, track record, technical proposal, price proposal, credibility references

Evaluation & Selection

Technical 60 pts: operation plan 40 / safety 35 / capability 25 (scaled from 100)
Price 40 pts: (lowest bid / bidder’s bid) × 40
Highest combined score wins; ties broken by technical score

All prices include VAT; to prevent lowball bids, proposals must be 80% or more of the reference price. Any additional costs require prior consultation.

Contract & Insurance

Contract period: Oct 7 (Tue) – 11 (Sun), 2026
Bid bond 5% of the budget (waivable by letter of guarantee), 30% down payment, performance surety required
Liability insurance of ₩300M+ and industrial safety insurance (submit within 7 days of contract)

Schedule & Submission

Notice Date: Jul 22, 2026
Deadline: Jul 29 (Wed), 2026, 17:00 (strict cutoff)
Award: Within 60 days of the notice date
