Public Call: Admission System Vendor

Hello. This is the secretariat of the Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF).

We are publicly inviting vendors to build and operate the admission system for the 2026 Jeju International Art Fair (JIAF 2026). We welcome companies able to deliver stable on-site registration, ticket and wristband issuance, and real-time entry management.

Scope

  • About 60 gallery booths, 10,000+ expected visitors
  • On-site registration/management, mobile & standard ticketing, visitor wristband issuance
  • Real-time entry monitoring, visitor data management and statistics
  • Full system DB/servers, registration equipment and on-site staff, technical support and teardown

Key Requirements

  • Simultaneous mobile/standard ticketing, on-site wristband issuance (full-color, 19×250mm)
  • Real-time entry monitoring and duplicate-entry prevention
  • DB security/data management, dedicated staff and entry-desk operation during the event
  • Immediate response to faults, post-event statistics, settlement, and equipment removal

Eligibility

  • Registered Korean event-registration system vendor with a business license and 2+ years of operation
  • No overdue taxes within 3 months; not under any disqualification sanction
  • 1+ large-event admission/registration project (5,000+ throughput and mobile ticketing preferred)
  • In-house tech and field teams, DB server capability, wristband production/issuance system

All prices include VAT and must be 80% or more of the reference price. Card fees (4%) and cash fees (1%) are settled separately, with a post-event reconciliation for any change in system scope.

Evaluation (100 pts)

  • Experience & portfolio: 50 pts
  • System design & operation: 20 pts
  • Price competitiveness: 30 pts
